RTPBasePayload.push

gst.types.FlowReturn push(gst.buffer.Buffer buffer) nothrow

Push buffer to the peer element of the payloader. The SSRC, payload type, seqnum and timestamp of the RTP buffer will be updated first.

This function takes ownership of buffer.
