ToolItem.getReliefStyle

Returns the relief style of tool_item. See gtk.button.Button.setRelief. Custom subclasses of #GtkToolItem should call this function in the handler of the #GtkToolItem::toolbar_reconfigured signal to find out the relief style of buttons.
