Converts an accelerator keyval and modifier mask
into a (possibly translated) string that can be displayed to
a user, similarly to gtk.global.acceleratorGetLabel, but handling
keycodes.
This is only useful for system-level components, applications
should use gtk.global.acceleratorParse instead.
